In your comments, try to be thoughtful and specific, noting both what's working and what you think might need improvement--always looking to more precise imagery and detail, clarity and rhythm of language, word connotations and word sound, and away from general statement--though a poem can also include these.
Consider posting a brief introduction or follow-up remark to your own poem, indicating what you are trying to accomplish, or what you think the poem is up to--this can help focus feed back.
